**SET UP INSTRUCTIONS​
Tables & Linens
If your space includes a table, it will come with a basic (non–floor–length) tablecloth. You are welcome to bring your own linens. Please feel free to build your space to best display your products and services.
Electric - YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERING YOUR OWN ELECTRICITY.

Day‑of electric orders cost more, so we recommend ordering in advance. Please bring your own extension cord and power strip.
Load‑In Instructions
Load‑in is Sunday, 8–11 a.m. Proceed to the loading dock ramp, and you'll be greeted by a security guard, who will give you instructions on how to unload and set up.

Enter through the loading dock on the river side of the Convention Center.

Teamsters will be available to assist, but for faster service, please bring your own dolly. Their dollies are limited and cannot be used independently.

You may drive onto the exhibit hall floor until 10 a.m. for unloading only. Vehicles must be moved to the parking garage immediately after unloading.

After 10 a.m., unloading will take place on the ramp, followed by immediate parking.

Please bring your own signage. A paper sign with your company name will be placed at your booth to help you locate your space.
